 - get your Logiscope extensions or customization maintained by Kalimetrix 
 
 Logiscope Support Only  - keep your IBM/TELELOGIC version of Logiscope if your environment has strong constraints 
 - benefit from phone and email assistance for one contact name
 - submit a bug report. The correction is provided as a scripted workaround.
