Logiscope Premium Support

  • submit a bug report. Blocking bugs are delivered in 7 days. Non blocking bugs are delivered next patch.
  • benefit from phone and email assistance for an unlimited contact names
  • get your Logiscope extensions or customization maintained by Kalimetrix

Logiscope Support Only

  • keep your IBM/TELELOGIC version of Logiscope if your environment has strong constraints
  • benefit from phone and email assistance for one contact name
  • submit a bug report. The correction is provided as a scripted workaround.
